
PARTNER COMPLIANCE POLICY
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Partner Compliance Policy is to ensure that all collaborations established by Visa Line are conducted with transparency, integrity, and in full compliance with applicable legal, ethical, and regulatory standards. To ensure all collaborations meet our regulatory and ethical standards, every prospective partner must complete a mandatory compliance process.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all individuals and organizations seeking to collaborate or operate in partnership with Visa Line, including but not limited to:

Licensed immigration consultants

Certified recruitment consultants

Lawyers and legal professionals
-
Private bankers and financial advisors
-
Accountants and auditors
-
Accredited intermediaries and other professional entities with a proven record of client service

Recruiting and Manpower agencies
3. Compliance Documentation
All prospective partners are required to submit the following documentation for verification prior to establishing a partnership:

A valid passport or government-issued identification document

Company registration certificate or business license

Any additional supporting documentation requested by Visa Line for due diligence purposes
These documents are essential for verifying the partner’s identity, professional credentials, and business legitimacy.
4. Verification and Approval
Upon receipt of the required documents, Visa Line will conduct an internal verification and due diligence process. The Collaboration Agreement will only be considered valid once Visa Line receives the documents and is approved by the company’s compliance team.
5. Ongoing Compliance
Partners are required to maintain current and accurate information with Visa Line throughout the duration of the collaboration. Any changes must be promptly disclosed. Failure to maintain compliance may result in suspension or termination of the Collaboration Agreement.
6. Non-Compliance
Failure to provide the requested compliance documents, falsification of information, or failure to meet ongoing compliance requirements will result in the partnership being deemed invalid or subject to immediate termination, as per Visa Line Partner Compliance Policy.
7. Confidentiality
All documents and information submitted for compliance verification will be treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for due diligence and partnership validation purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
